Exciting Announcement: New Installation Software Now Live! Access Tips & Support


We're thrilled to announce that the eagerly awaited new installation software is now live and fully operational, ready for your seamless use! Our team has dedicated significant effort to ensure a smooth transition from the old system, though as with any software upgrade, there may be occasional discrepancies. Please note: the sign panel inventory in warehouse quantity will not be correct to start. We will work to update this as quickly as possible. Be assured, our support team is readily available to assist you promptly should any issues arise.

To aid in your navigation and acclimatization to the new software, we've prepared a comprehensive series of instructional videos. We highly recommend starting with the introductory video on logging in for the first time, which you can access here. Please use your previous account number with the addition of “hot” at the end along with the temporary password "US2024ca'' for your initial login. For example, if your previous username was R127YB then you would use R127YBhot (hot needs to be in lowercase - everything is case sensitive) as the new username. Upon successful entry, we advise promptly updating your password to enhance security. In addition, you can login in the future using the email address that is on file within your account. Update that as need be.

Within the software, you'll find intuitive options to customize your account settings, including updating contact information and preferences. Please note: email addresses and phone numbers can only be used a single time within the software. If you manage multiple offices / accounts, different email addresses will be required. We've crafted a helpful tutorial video detailing this process, available here. Additionally, a suite of instructional videos covering various actions, such as scheduling installations, service requests, or payments, is conveniently accessible for your reference.
